Physical Education Intent
The intent of Physical Education is to positively influence the physical, social and cognitive health of all children. We believe that it is essential to promote the development of motor skills to enable the children to access a wide range of sporting activities, capitalising on their interests and helping to ensure a life-long love of physical activity. At Woolston CE, we do this through ensuring that our children receive a wide range of physical experiences delivered by quality teachers and coaches, who share their expertise and talents and motivate and inspire our children to lead healthy lifestyles. We ensure learning is enriched with opportunities outside of school, enabling and encouraging our children to shine.
